English new graduate teachers’ recruitment is a recruitment program comprising a total of 50 vacancies for English language graduates. Beginning in January 2020, the recruitment program will be conducted for government schools all over the UAE, including Ajman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Selected candidates will be teaching at middle school and high school level, i.e., Emirati students in 8th–12th grade. Focused mainly on English language, these candidates will be teaching other languages too.
A candidate must have pursued bachelors as a minimum qualification requirement. Majors in English language, literature, linguistics, or relevant will be preferred. Prior teaching experience is preferred, however, not necessary; freshers can apply. Initially, selected candidates will be given full coaching.
Candidates should have a valid driver’s license at the time of application. Applicants whose native language is not English will be required to have passed the IELTS examination with a score of 6.0–7.5; results of IELTS should be submitted during application.
During the final round of recruitment process, candidates should be able to attend a personal interview conducted in the UAE, US, UK, or Ireland.
An average salary provided for this job posting is 16,000 Dirham, i.e., over 3 lac per month, including accommodation allowance.
Expenses, including ticket fair, are provided for teachers, spouses, and up to three dependents by the UAE government. A 2-year contract is signed between a school and selected candidates.
The UAE government allows summer vacation, national holidays, and end-of-contract bonus. Medical insurance is provided for selected candidates, their spouse, and up to three dependents.
